A graduate in Economics and Commerce of the University of Pavia, and registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Register of Auditors.
Elena’s professional career began as a financial auditor at PWC, gaining many years’ experience in the tax field with international consulting firms. An expert in national and international taxation, and a tax consultant for important Italian and multinational companies, specializing in the field of consultancy and auditing of non-profit organizations.
In 1993 Elena founded Studio Demarziani, managing and coordinating her team of colleagues.
A Director of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, and a delegate to non-profit bodies and Internationalization; as well as Chair of the Equal Opportunities Committee of ODCEC Milan.

Having graduated in Political Science with a specialization in Economics at the University of Pavia, Elisa is enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Pavia and in the Register of Auditors.
